We collect only what we need to reply to you and run our campaigns.

What we collect

When you book a call we receive the name, email address, brand details and any notes you enter into our scheduling form (hosted by Calendly). When you browse the site we receive standard analytics and advertising measurement data, including Google Ads conversion events, via cookies set by Google.

How we use it

To contact you about your enquiry, prepare your strategy call, deliver contracted work, and measure which marketing channels bring us enquiries. We do not sell your data.

Creator data

Handles shown in our public creator directory are illustrative samples and do not identify individual people. Named creator lists used in client campaigns are held privately, shared only with the relevant client, and sourced from licensed analytics providers and creators who opt in to our outreach.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@ugcsynergy.com. You can block advertising cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site.

Third parties

We use Calendly for scheduling, Google for advertising measurement, and TikTok Shop analytics providers (FastMoss, Kalodata, Cruva, GambitVision) for creator research. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
