Phase 1 · Readiness · PDF page 1
1. Choose the launch market
Establish which country's rules govern the shop.
Confirm the market, legal entity, category access and service capability before inviting affiliates. A shop can be approved while an individual product remains ineligible. Treat shop access, product approval and affiliate access as separate checks.
Execute the procedure
- 01Confirm the selling entity and intended customer country.
- 02Open the local Seller Center and save its eligibility guidance.
- 03List products that need separate category approval.
Keep the evidence
Record the market, decision owner, evidence link, policy review date and unresolved blockers. Do not copy eligibility thresholds from another country or an old tutorial.
Acceptance check
Market and legal-entity decision signed off.
Watch for: Using US advice for a UK shop.
Operator worksheet
Record the current state, action owner, evidence link, blocker and next review date. The matching PDF page has space for this worksheet. Do not mark the gate complete merely because an action was attempted; verify its result.
Sources and policy checks
Prepared October 16, 2026. This is an operational playbook, not legal, medical or tax advice. US-first examples do not establish eligibility in another market. Confirm current product approvals, collaboration terms, deadlines and ad features in your local account before execution. Targets are internal planning decisions, not promised outcomes.
