Video packages and volume
Sprints are sized by output: a validation sprint targets 100-250 videos over 2-4 weeks; a scale sprint targets 400-1,000 videos over 4-6 weeks. If we miss a contracted delivery count, we keep sourcing at no additional fee until it is met.
Editing and hook testing
Most creative losses happen in the first three seconds. Every concept is rebuilt into several hook variants — different opening line, different visual, different problem framing — so tests isolate the hook rather than the whole video.
