How to brief UGC creators
A good brief is specific about the first line, the visual proof, and the outcome the viewer should believe — and permissive about everything else. Over-scripted briefs produce stiff content; vague briefs produce unusable content.
- —One clear angle per video, not five benefits crammed together
- —Hook written verbatim, body left in the creator's own words
- —Required shots: product in hand, texture, before/after, packaging
- —Do-not-say list for claims and restricted category language
- —Technical specs: vertical, natural light, clean audio, no music beds
Scripts and hook frameworks
We maintain hook libraries per category and rotate frameworks — problem/solution, objection reversal, comparison, unexpected use case, honest review — so testing covers distinct psychology rather than reworded versions of the same idea.
QA before delivery
Every asset is checked against the brief: hook delivered, claims compliant, product visible early, audio usable, and framing safe for both organic and paid placements.
